Have to say I was a bit nervous handing over my credit card details for this. It took about 3 days for the code to be sent to me (over the weekend) but once it arrived it only took a few minutes to unlock my device.
It’s a very slow process (around a month) and actually reached the stage where I was refunded (without being given the choice to wait longer, which was rather annoying after three weeks) and later had to place a second order. However, it worked out well in the end and the code worked. The service is genuine, the code delivered eventually and Kamlesh seems like a good guy. Recommended – but be patient 🙂
Definitely use this service again. Turn around was 1 day but it worked straight off. I did not have a CD but used the instructions that were loaded from the ZTE Control Panel. Very Happy.
