Great service, once I worked out how to connect with the device on my pc it took me 2 few seconds to unlock with the code. Cost me more than going through the provider due to exchange rates but having the freedom to do it online rather than waste time on the phone I found was worth it. It's a very slow process (around a month) and actually reached the stage where I was refunded (without being given the choice to wait longer, which was rather annoying after three weeks) and later had to place a second order. However, it worked out well in the end and the code worked. The service is genuine, the code delivered eventually and Kamlesh seems like a good guy. Recommended - but be patient 🙂

Thank you Sim Unlock, it did eventually work. I had real problems initially because my LG K10 (2017) phone was not prompting me at all to enter the codes you send. I tried the dial with 2945#* and model number#, which I thought was either 10 or 2017, but nothing! After several hours of researching the LG K10 (2017) on internet, I realised that I was mistakenly using the Phone name LG K10 (2017) with 2945#*, but eventually found out that my model number is LG-M250n, (given under "hardware info"! not under "phone name" in the menus!
When I dialled 2945#*250# the phone opened the correct screen with 10 attempts to enter your code, and the first code worked!

Thank you so much, but maybe you need to put a warning re: model number not to be found under "phone name" but under "hardware info"! This would help non-tech people like me!
