Xolo Era 4X with Face Unlock Features Launched in India

After a long interval, Lava’s Xolo has made a comeback in the Indian smartphone market with the Era 4X. It will be available exclusively in India via Amazon India from 9th January. According to the online listing, the phone will be going on sale for Rs. 4,444. With the new smartphone, users will get a 30-day money-back offer.

In terms of specifications, the Xolo Era 4X is fixed with an HD+ 5.45-inch touchscreen display (resolution 720×1440 pixels). It sports an 8-megapixel primary camera (with LED flash) on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter (with selfie flash) for selfies. The front-facing camera sensor also works with the Face Unlock feature to enable facial recognition. The phone is equipped with has an impressive 3000mAh battery.

The Xolo Era 4X comes with Dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include in the phone are Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, FM, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40). Face unlock, Accelerometer, and Ambient light sensors are also available.

The Era 4X operates on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box, and the screen has Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The firm has not revealed the processor, RAM, and storage configuration yet.

However, for taking pictures and recording videos, the Xolo Era 4X sports an 8-megapixel rear camera sensor and an LED flash. There is also a 5-megapixel front sensor along with a selfie flash.
